The error message “Please contact customer service” might appears due to the communication error between Digital Board and Analog Board or another communication error between Digital/Analog Board and Impedance Calibration Unit. This page provides troubleshooting steps for the case with the error message “Please contact customer service” due to the communication.
1. Print a QC Report and check the event code*

2. If the error mesage on standby screen, during the InBody test, or during weight measurements
Digiral board and Analog board always communicate between each other during standby status or during measurements. At this moment if there is a communication error or no response from another side, error message “Please contact customer service” arises. To solve this problem, first check that there is no firmware/kernel incompatibility. Then process the replacement of the parts connecting the digital board to the analog board. While the replacement test, it is recommended to replace in the order of Switch/Switch cable - Analog board – Digital board – Power cable – IF cable, as the above order reflects priority for the check
3. Error message appreared during the impedance calibration
“Please contact customer service” message might appears during impedance calibration, when there is a connectionproblem between Analog board and Calibration Unit. In such cases it is required to process replacement test for the spare parts that connects Analog board and Calibration Unit :

2 - Testing the calibration unit on another device
3 - Replacing Analog Board
4 - Check the arms/legs electrodes, electroboards and cables
