If the device has been converted to INBT500, can connect to LookinBody120 but when doing a test the results are not transmitted, it can be due to the device INBT dongle being not up to date. The dongle can be manually updated.*
* InBT200 and InBT400 Dongles cannot be scanned using the mentioned APP. * InBT400 has only one version, which is R1.0.3.
How to update
1 - Have the InBT-500 App installed on your Android phone (can be downloaded here)
2 - Insert the InBT500 Dongle into the PC or InBody device to supply power to the Dongle.3 - Launch the InBT-500 APP.
4 - Press the scan button at the top to search for Bluetooth devices and select the desired Bluetooth device.
5 - Select "Test" as the Option at the bottom left, then press the Send button. The information of the InBT500 dongle will appear on the screen. Check the version of the Dongle under "SET BT IDENT." If the version is R1.1.1, it is already the latest version.
If the version of the Dongle is confirmed to be below R1.1.1, click the option at the bottom right, select OTA, and press the Send button. The OTA_Process will progress from 0% to 100%. Once the upgrade is completed, select Test again from the options, and press Send to confirm if the upgrade was successful
