In case of issues, or when an update is needed re-installing LookinBody120 can help. In this case, it is very important to remove the software completely before re-installing it. Failing to do so could lead to more issues due to conflict with the previous installation.
How to do the clean install :
1 - Back up the customer database
2 - Uninstall the software
3 - Delete the following folders :
C/LookinBody120
C/ProgramFiles(x86)/InBody
4 - Restart the computer5 - Re-install the new version
6 - Import/restore the customer database
