It is very important to understand the compatibility consequences of the change during the transition period to avoid any compatibility issue. Indeed, If the Bluetooth Module INBT500 is applied in InBody device, LookinBody120 and BSM must also use INBT500. INBT200 and INBT500 are not compatible.
Therefore, connecting a new InBody device using INBT500 to an older BSM with INBT200 will only be possible after converting the BSM to INBT500 by changing the internal dongle.If we need to change INBT200 to 500 any reasons for existing customers, the part of INBT500 is under warranty until 30th April 2027
REASON FOR THE CHANGE :INBT500 has the function to connect multi-BT at once. (Ex. InBody can be connected to both BSM170B and BPBIO via BT at the same time).
HOW TO KNOW IF THE DEVICE IS INBT200 or INBT500All devices manufactured after the date and serial number below have been produced using INBT500. All devices produced before this date have been produced using INBT200 :
